About Me
Dedicated to disaster response, training, and building resilient communities through service and communication.
I’m Md. Sabbir Hossain (S21ACP), a humanitarian volunteer, trainer, and licensed amateur radio operator from Dhaka, Bangladesh. With over a decade of experience in Scouting and Red Crescent volunteerism, I’ve dedicated myself to disaster response, first aid training, climate action, and community engagement.
As a Scout Leader and Gallantry Award recipient, I’ve had the opportunity to represent youth in national and international programs. My journey with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society has allowed me to conduct more than 200 training sessions on disaster preparedness, first aid, and volunteer leadership, reaching schools, embassies, and government organizations.
I combine my background in Business Administration (Accounting) with practical field experience to create impact through training, crisis management, and community development. My goal is to keep learning, contributing, and building stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
Beyond humanitarian service, I’m an amateur radio operator (callsign: S21ACP), actively involved in promoting emergency communications and technical learning through the Bangladesh DX Club. Radio is more than a hobby for me — it’s a way to connect people, support communities, and ensure resilient communication during crises.

I conduct structured training sessions on first aid, emergency medical response, and disaster preparedness for schools, communities, and institutions.
Climate Action & DRR Programs
As a certified Y-Adapt Climate Action Trainer, I design and deliver workshops on climate adaptation, risk reduction, and community awareness.
Scouting & Youth Empowerment
With over 10 years in Scouting, I organize leadership camps, survival training, and community projects that inspire teamwork, discipline, and service.
Red Crescent Youth Developmentgrams
I mentor and train Red Crescent Youth volunteers in first aid, leadership, and community service. I help young people build the skills and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies and serve their communities with compassion.
